About Three IOW Chocolatiers
Sue Van Praagh, her daughters Courtney and Lindsey, started experimenting with truffle flavours at home in their kitchen. The experimentation turned into an obsession. Using a multitude of different couverture chocolates, natural flavours, local farm house butter and cream. What started as a hobby to supplement their income, quickly became a benchmark for good quality chocolate confection, Flap Jacks, Chocolate Brownies and other sweet treats.
They initially started to sell their confections under the label "Supreme Truffles". Sue's first major client was The Seaview Hotel, at Seaview. As the business grew Sue realised that a new name would enhance the company's profile, so with the help of her daughters a new name was chosen - "Three IOW Chocolatiers", which now incorporates Supreme Truffles.
Three IOW Chocolatiers produce their chocolates all on the Island which has only enhanced their appeal to Tourists and locals alike. Three IOW Chocolatiers products are available all over the Isle of Wight.
And if chocolates are not enough, you can indulge your taste buds with one of their Chocolate Fudge Brownies, Peanut & Ginger Stem Flapjacks, Linseed & Walnut Flapjacks and of course Chocolate Chip Flapjacks. Three IOW Chocolatiers Death by Chocolate Cakes are to die for! They even have novelty shapes such as Dinosaurs with chocolate covered raisins inside; these are called Dinosaur Droppings.
