Confection Range

Range of Truffles, Chocolate Barks and Shards, Chocolate Enrobed Fruits, Nut Brittles, Florentines, Flap Jacks, Chocolate Brownies and Death by Chocolate Cake are made from the finest quality couverture chocolate, sugar, Isle of Wight Farmhouse butter and cream. Only natural flavourings and liqueurs are used. We handcraft and finish all of our products.

Each box of confection is exquisitely gift wrap and we can include a personal message of your choice. All boxes of confection can be supplied as an assortment, mixture of flavours or single flavour that you wish.

We have an extensive list of Truffle flavours including

Advocaat, Amaretto, Apricot, Baileys, Brandy, Calvados, Cappuccino, Champagne, Coconut Rum, Coffee, Lemon, Mint, Mocha, Orange Liqueur, Parisienne, Raspberry, Rum, Stem Ginger we can supply other flavours as special orders if required.
